How are your gift products made?

Our mugs, totes, sweatshirts and posters are made to order. Each item is produced after you place your order, which helps avoid unnecessary inventory.

What is your return policy?

Because items are made to order, we cannot normally accept returns for a change of mind or an incorrect size. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos and we will arrange an eligible replacement or refund.

How long does shipping take?

Made-to-order items need production time before they ship. You will receive tracking once your order is on its way. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed exact dates.
