Our products are made to order, so please allow production time before your order ships. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Because items are produced on demand, an order with multiple items may arrive in more than one package. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and we will help investigate. International shipping is not available at this time.
