Refund policy

Because our products are made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size selection. Please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or otherwise incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an eligible replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Shopify or PayPal. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us before purchasing again.
